Soul & Bones BBQ

A1. Fried Pickes - Beer battered pickle slices deep fried & served with creole mustard dipping sauce.

A2. Fried Okra - Fresh okra dredged in cormeal and deep fried, served with remoulade.

A3. Fried Beehive Cheese Curds - Locally produced Beehive white cheddar curds, beer battered and fried, served with trio of sauces.

A4. Crawfish Beignets - Savory crawfish fritter, served with remoulade.

B1. Pulled Pork Sandwich - Pulled pork, served southern-style topped with coleslaw, with house fries on the side.

B2. Brisket Sandwich - Tender smoked brisket, served southern-style topped with coleslaw, with house fries on the side.

B3. Catfish Po' Boy - Louisiana catfish, served fried or blackened on a sourdough roll with remoulade and coleslaw, with house fries on the side.

B4. Fried Shrimp Po' Boy - Louisiana gulf shrimp in a southern fish fry coating, served on a sourdough roll with remoulade and coleslaw, with house fries on the side.

C1. BBQ Plate - Choice of St. Louis Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork or Smoked Chicken with two sides. One, two, or three meat combinations.
